My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood as we work together on your healing journey. Facing mental health challenges can feel incredibly isolating and overwhelming — but you don’t have to go through it alone.
I work with clients experiencing a range of concerns, including generalized anxiety and anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, work-related stress, and self-esteem issues. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and struggles that may be holding you back, helping you reclaim a sense of control, empowerment, and emotional resilience.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from evidence-based modalities and techniques to strengthen the mind-body connection and support holistic healing.
